Employers and jobs
Placement → Jobs lists open roles at your employers: title, course or skills, location, minimum experience, salary range and openings.
Ranked candidates
A job's page ranks every candidate who is ready for interviews, out of 100, with the reason for each part of the score:

The ranking uses no AI and gives the same order for the same data.
Draft introduction writes a short email to the employer and résumé tweaks for the role, without the candidate's contact details going to the AI.
Interviews
Shortlist a candidate, then move the application through Screening, Interviewing and Offer. Schedule interview adds each round with a task, and can add it to Google Calendar with a Meet link.
Offers
Record offer takes the role, salary, joining date and the offer letter. A second person (an administrator or another placement member) verifies it. Verifying marks the candidate Placed and moves them to Alumni, so placement numbers are always backed by a letter.
