1. The problem

   Leads arrived from Meta, the website, WhatsApp and walk-ins, and lived in a lead tracker, spreadsheets and phones. Fees, batches and placement were tracked somewhere else again.

2. Built for one institute first

   Compass was built around Netweaver’s own process, one feature at a time, and each feature was tested in the institute before it went live.

3. Live on its own server

   Compass now runs on Netweaver’s own server, with daily counsellor reports, the director’s overview and Meta lead sync ready to use.

4. Next

   The lead history moves over from the old tracker, and the counsellors, trainers and placement team come on board.
