Integrations
WhatsApp, Meta, Gmail, Google Calendar and Meet, Razorpay, Google Sheets and Drive.
Compass connects to the tools institutes already use. Each one is optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
| Tool | What it does in Compass |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business | Chats from your business numbers in the inbox and on timelines; templates for reminders, broadcasts and sequences. Counsellors keep the WhatsApp Business app on their phones |
| Meta lead forms | New instant-form leads, through Google Sheets (no app review) or directly through Meta's lead ads API |
| Meta conversions | Tell Meta which leads qualified and enrolled, so ads find more people like them |
| Gmail | Each member's email with leads on the timeline, sending from their own address |
| Google Calendar and Meet | Demo bookings, interview invites, and marking who joined an online class |
| Google Drive | Bring brochures and documents into the Library |
| Razorpay | Payment links for instalments, confirmed automatically when paid |
| Google Sheets | Meta leads through a sheet, and imports |
| Android phones | Calls and recordings from work phones (read more) |
WhatsApp connects through Meta's official Cloud API, in the mode that lets your team keep using the WhatsApp Business app. You'll need:
- a Meta Business account with your business number;
- message templates approved by Meta for reminders and broadcasts.
Meta charges per conversation for template messages, billed to you directly by Meta.
Gmail and Google
Each member connects their own Google account in Settings → Your email. Compass keeps only emails with people already in Compass and never stores other mail. Calendar and Meet use the same connection.
Everything else
For your own systems, use the REST API, webhooks or the MCP server.
