Pipelines and deals

Your stages, from new lead to enrolled, and how deals move through them.

An opportunity is a deal for a course. It moves through a pipeline of stages that match how your institute sells, for example:

New lead → Contacted → Demo booked → Negotiation → Enrolled, plus Lost.

The board

Pipelines shows every open deal as a card in its stage. Drag a card to move it; the change is logged on the timeline with who made it. Each column shows how many deals it holds.

Setting up stages

Administrators edit pipelines and stages in Settings → Stages: add, rename, reorder, and mark which stages count as won or lost. Lost deals carry a reason, so you can see in reports why deals are lost.

Opportunities

Opportunities lists deals as a table, for filtering and bulk changes, such as every deal in Demo booked for more than a week.

Quotes and approvals

From a deal, create a quote for the course with any discount. Discounts above the allowed limit go to a sales manager in Approvals. An accepted quote becomes an enrolment with a fee plan (see Fees and payments).
