#Good questions to ask

• On Today: Who should I call first?
• On a person: What did we promise them? What's the best next step?
• On Dues: How much is overdue, and from whom?
• On the Overview: Why did enrolments drop this week?
• On Team: Who is behind on first calls?

Answers come from the records you're allowed to see, and only those. Ask AI never changes anything; it suggests and you act.

#Privacy

Before your question and the page's data go to the AI, names, phones, emails and ID numbers are replaced with tokens. See AI and privacy.

#When AI is busy

If the AI provider is busy, Compass retries on a second model, so you still get an answer. If AI is off for your workspace, Ask AI says so.
